Hello,

I’m Simon and when I get around to it I’ll put a bit more information about myself on this page. In the meantime all you need to know if that I’ve put this site together for two reasons:

• One - to try and keep a log of the kayaking that I’ve been doing. A paper log book seems so old fashioned.
• Two - to actually use the domain name that I’ve had floating around for a while and not really used.

I may add other parts to the site with time. Then again I may not. In the mean time if your interested in kayaking may I recommend the following sites:

• Kingfisher Canoe Club - Here. This is the club that I do most of my paddling with.
• Pathfinder Youth Canoe Club - Here. This is an under-18’s kayak club that I help with the running of.
• UK Rivers Guidebook - Here. A great paddling resource containing a wealth of information of about all aspects of paddling. I’ve linked to the river guides on this site from the trip reports I’ve posted.
